PHYSICAL DAMAGE INSPECTIONS
Inspect all hull and machinery losses to include but not limited to: Impact, submersions; lightning; theft recoveries; mechanical failure; fire; vermin related; third party damage; and any other covered as well as non covered losses.
A scope estimate of repairs will be provided when an agreed repair estimate is unavailable.
MARINE CLAIMS ADJUSTING
Conduct liability investigations; obtain law enforcement and fire department reports; recorded statements; scene investigations; and subrogation investigations.
MARINE CLAIMS REVIEW (DESK ADJUSTING)
Review shop repair estimates; claims review; total loss evaluations. Provide a written report based on information received from adjuster.
APPRAISAL SERVICES
Act as company appraiser when appraisal clause is invoked with insured.
CATASTOPHE CLAIMS HANDLING
Handle catastrophe operations to include: Damage surveying; adjusting; salvage recovery assistance; and salvage disposition. Provide assistance to carrier with disaster reserve forecasting.
